Heart of Texas Cowboy Church Beliefs
- We believe the Bible to be the only inspired, and infallible Word of God and it holds complete authority over all matters of faith and life.
- We believe in one God that exists in three persons: God the father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
- We believe the deity Jesus Christ, is the Son of God who died to save men from their sins.
- We believe that men are saved by grace alone, through faith in Jesus Christ.
- We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by who’s indwelling the Christian, enables to the Christian to live a Godly life.
- We believe in the eternal resurrection of all individuals both the saved and the lost; those who are saved into eternal life in the Kingdom of God and those who are lost into eternal hell.
- We believe it is important to uphold the scriptural practices of the early church. Therefore we hold to the practice of water baptism by immersion and regular taking of the Lord’s super.
- We do not believe either of these practices is essential for salvation, but they serve as a public profession of our faith and a demonstration of our living faith in Jesus Christ.
